Jordan Rothwell Perry

Founder of LAUNCH by JR

Jordan Rothwell Perry, Founder of LAUNCH with Jordan, is a “click” magnet! An expert on sales, marketing, and advertising, she’s helped hundreds of small business owners steward their ad dollars well resulting in clients acquiring more leads and experiencing sales growth year over year.

Before opening her agency, Jordan worked in marketing at Chick-fil-A, managed social media for a children’s hospital under Johns Hopkins Medicine, and purchased ads for a national non-profit organization represented by Super Bowl-winning coach Tony Dungy.

And decades before that, she put local lemonade stands out of business with the advent of her own “snack wagon.” Jordan challenged the “build it and they will come” notion, and brought sweet relief to neighborhood construction workers on her own two feet, and four wheels. All it took was that small taste of success to see that she’d be in sales and entrepreneurship for the long haul.

It’s this combination of corporate marketing experience and a history of having a servant’s heart that has positioned LAUNCH as the go-to agency for connection-based marketing and advertising.

At LAUNCH, Jordan’s approach is all about creating meaningful connections that resonate with audiences, based on data-driven decisions. Together with her team of experts, she zooms out to assess the bigger picture before zooming in on targeted solutions. From refining funnels to optimizing copy, LAUNCH hones every detail to ensure maximum impact.
