Our events are an opportunity to attend as a member or non member and be yourself. You are encouraged to share what you do with the group and learn from the women you meet. We have the abundance mindset and do not restrict to only one attendee per industry…in fact we love seeing collaborations and women learning from each other.

Our founder
Lucy Miller
Women Connect founder Lucy Miller is a connector, entrepreneur, speaker, and community builder with a passion for helping women grow through authentic relationships and meaningful opportunities.
Born and raised in Franklin, Lucy launched Women Connect in January 2020 after realizing there was a need for a different kind of networking experience for women. An experience built on real conversations, genuine support, and intentional connection.
What began as a local networking group quickly grew into a thriving community of women across multiple states. Today, Women Connect serves women throughout Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky and Georgia through in-person events, retreats, workshops, and the annual Women Connect LIVE conference.
Known for her heart for people and her ability to bring women together, Lucy speaks on topics including the power of connection, entrepreneurship, community, leadership, confidence, and building a life and business with intention.
Lucy believes one conversation can change the trajectory of a woman’s life and she has built Women Connect around creating those moments every day.

Ashley Fitz is a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur based in Nashville, TN, and Smith Lake, Alabama. With years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, Ashley is passionate about helping women build connections and achieve their professional goals. She brings her dedication, creativity, and community-focused mindset to Women Connect, leveraging her expertise to inspire and support others in their journeys. Beyond her work, Ashley is a devoted hockey mom raising three boys and enjoys combining her business acumen with her love for family and community.
