Rachel moved to Eastern Tennessee at the beginning of 2023. Since then, she has built and owns her own insurance agency with Farmers Insurance. With a knack for sincere caring and a readiness to share a smile, she thrives on connecting and supporting other women in and out of business. Whether it’s joining and celebrating with people in the community, or collaborating with fellow professionals, she is dedicated to forming genuine relationships. Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking, having fun on the lake or simply enjoying her back patio. She is excited to connect with like-minded women and explore opportunities for collaboration, growth and friendship!

In 2017, I launched Crippled Beagle Publishing to help people write, edit, publish, and market their books. Today, my team and I offer a mix of services to help people use the power of the written word to reach their personal and business goals. I split time between Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains with my husband Jeff. We have two sons—Houston (22) and Scotty (13). I love connecting with other creative women and am thrilled to be part of Women Connect.

Women Connect has been INCREDIBLY beneficial to my personal and professional life. As a small business owner, it can often feel like I am on an island making strategic decisions by myself.
